1. Information We Collect

Account information: when you register for and use the Game, we collect basic account information such as the account name you set, your password (stored in encrypted form), sign-in credentials, and any linked email address or phone number, for the purposes of identity recognition and account security.

Gameplay information: while you use the Game, we automatically record operational data such as your character name, cultivation realm, cultivation level, virtual items, action queue, combat results, chat messages, sign-in times and frequency, device model, operating system, browser version, and IP address, for the purposes of game functionality, operational log analysis, and cheat prevention.

Top-up and transaction information: when you make a top-up or complete a listing on the in-game marketplace, we record transaction information such as the order number, product content, payment channel, order amount, order status, and the counterparty account, for order fulfilment, reconciliation, and after-sales support.

Feedback and support information: when you contact us through feedback or support channels, the content, contact details, and attachments you provide will be recorded for issue handling and service quality improvement.

2. How We Use Information

To provide the core features of the Game (such as sign-in, character progression, action settlement, combat, marketplace trading, and sect activities);

To safeguard account and service security (such as risk control, anti-cheat measures, detection of anomalous sign-ins, and anti-addiction verification);

To improve and optimise the game experience (such as aggregated-data-based gameplay balancing, performance optimisation, and bug fixes);

To send you service-related announcements, event notifications, and version updates, within the scope of your consent or as permitted by law;

To respond to regulatory requirements and legal obligations, and to cooperate with competent authorities in lawful investigation and handling.

3. Storage and Security

In accordance with applicable legal requirements, the Operator stores collected personal information in the regions where the infrastructure used to provide the Game is located (currently including the United States), and uses global content delivery and security services such as Cloudflare. As a result, your personal information may be transferred to regions outside your country or region. The Operator will comply with applicable laws when carrying out cross-border transfers and will adopt reasonable security safeguards.

Personal information is retained only for the shortest period necessary to achieve the purposes described in this Policy. Information beyond the retention period will be deleted or anonymised, unless otherwise required by laws and regulations.

The Operator adopts industry-standard technical and administrative security measures to protect personal information, including but not limited to encryption of data in transit, encrypted storage of sensitive fields, least-privilege access, log auditing, and backup and disaster recovery.

Although the Operator has taken the reasonable measures described above, please understand that the Internet environment is not absolutely secure. Please keep your account password safe and treat unfamiliar links and inputs with caution. If a personal information security incident occurs, the Operator will promptly activate its emergency response plan and notify affected users in accordance with laws and regulations.

4. Third-Party Sharing and Disclosure

Payment services: the Game uses third-party payment providers such as Dodo Payments to process top-up transactions. To complete payment, information such as your order number, payment amount, and necessary account identifiers will be transmitted to the relevant payment provider. The provider’s handling of the information it collects is governed by its own privacy policy.

Infrastructure services: to provide a stable game service, the Operator may engage compliant service providers for cloud computing, CDN, message push, and customer support systems to process data, and will sign strict data protection agreements requiring them to process data only within the agreed purposes.

Legal requirements: where expressly required by laws and regulations, where a regulator conducts a lawful investigation, or where necessary to protect the lawful rights of others, the Operator may disclose relevant information in accordance with the law and will endeavour to inform users within the scope permitted by law.

Except in the circumstances described above, the Operator will not share, transfer, or publicly disclose your personal information to any third party without your express consent.

5. Cookies and Local Storage

The Game may use local storage technologies such as cookies, LocalStorage, and IndexedDB to retain sign-in state, interface preferences, and action queue caches, in order to improve your experience.

You may refuse or clear cookies and local storage data through your browser settings, although this may make some features unavailable or degrade the experience.

6. Protection of Minors

The Operator places great importance on protecting the personal information of minors. If you are a minor under the age of 18, you should read this Policy and use the Game with the accompaniment and consent of a guardian.

The Game strictly implements national rules on anti-addiction and spending management for minors, limiting playtime and payments on minor accounts. If a guardian discovers that a minor has made inappropriate purchases or abnormal use without consent, they may contact us through support channels.

7. Your Rights

You have the right to access, copy, correct, supplement, and delete your personal information; to withdraw consent previously given; to delete your account; and to obtain an explanation of the rules for processing personal information.

You may exercise these rights through in-game settings, the feedback feature, or support channels. To protect account security, the Operator may need to verify your identity before responding to your request.

For requests involving large amounts of information, complex judgements, or potential impact on the lawful rights of other users, the Operator will process and respond within a reasonable period prescribed by laws and regulations.

8. Policy Updates

The Operator will revise this Privacy Policy as appropriate in response to changes in laws and regulations, business development, or security needs. Revisions will be published through in-game notices or official channels. For material changes, the Operator will notify you prominently and, where necessary, seek your consent again.
